Who are we? We are building the world’s most people-oriented information-finding and sharing ecosystem by using innovative technology as a means of connecting people with each other and the information they desire to find.

Who are we building Zaldamo for? Zaldamo is built for creative, innovative people who dare to challenge the status quo. We are building the Internet search application that allows users to search differently through enlightened, user-controllable experiences and by serving search results curated by real humans.

How are we different? We are breaking barriers and rewriting how Internet search works! No other search platform affords users the opportunity to remove, rank, tag, annotate, add, save, and share search results. No other system lets the users choose how results should be ranked within the search index.

Timothy Richards, Ph.D. (Email Timothy / LinkedIn) About Tim: Dr. Richards is an enthusiast of all things the Internet. He enjoys breaking complex problems into their simplest parts, solving those simple problems, and assembling those solutions to bring easy-to-use solutions to users. He completed his Ph.D. in information systems at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and is graduating with his Master’s Marketing from The College of William of Mary in May 2026. Following his time at UMBC, Dr. Richards taught computing full-time at the University of Maryland College Park, James Madison University, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and Virginia Tech. Dr. Richards also taught part-time at the United States Naval, UMGC, Radford University, and UMBC. Dr. Richards has served as a cybersecurity consultant for the US Air Force and worked in industry as a lead application architect.

Isabella Eason (Email Isabella / LinkedIn) About Bella: Bella is a graduate of The College of William and Mary’s Master’s in Marketing program. She blends business strategy with a background in science – making her equal parts analytical, creative, and people-centric. She has worked in sales, branding, and experiential marketing, and has a knack for turning customer insights into meaningful growth. Outside the office, Bella is a photographer, designer, and world traveler who has lived across the U.S. and Europe. When she’s not working, she’s behind a camera shooting photography projects or exploring new places. Bella is excited to bring her energy, curiosity, adaptability, and growth-focused mindset to the Zaldamo team.
